Further, our company was converted into a Public Limited Company in pursuance of a special resolution passed by the members of our Company at the Extra- Ordinary General Meeting held on September 09, 2024 & name of our Company changed from ÂBio Medica Laboratories Private LimitedÂ to ÂBio Medica Laboratories LimitedÂ & Registrar of Companies, CPC has issued a new certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion dated October 24, 2024, bearing CIN: U24230MP2015PLC034576.
