CHPL FINANCE LIMITED (Formerly Creative Hire Purchase &
Leasing Co.Ltd) was incorporated in the state of
Andhra Pradesh as a Private Limited Company under the name
and style of Creative Hire Purchase and Leasing Company
Private Limited on 21st June 1989. Subsequently the Company
was converted into Public Limited Company by passing a
Special Resolution on 22nd April 1992 and obtained fresh
Certificate of Incorporation on 18th June 1992, Consequently
the name of the company was changed to CHPL FINANCE LIMITED
from Creative Hire Purchase & Leasing Co.Ltd. on 16.08.95.

The Company is presently a Hire Purchase, Lease Finance And
Bill Discounting Company.

2017

-Company name has changed to Callista Industries Ltd. from CHPL Industries Ltd..
