The Company was originally incorporated as a private limited company in the name of ÂArcher Trading House Private LimitedÂ under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated December 18, 2013 bearing Corporate Identification Number U51101MH2013PTC251176 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to ÂEuro Panel Products Private LimitedÂ pursuant to the special resolution passed by the Shareholders of the Company at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on August 18, 2014. The Deputy Registrar of Companies, Mumbai issued a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated October 22, 2014, upon change of the name of the Company, bearing Corporate Identification Number U28931MH2013PTC251176. Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to the special resolution passed by the Shareholders of the Company at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on August 25, 2021 and consequently upon conversion, the name of the Company was changed to ÂEuro Panel Products LimitedÂ vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated September 21, 2021 bearing Corporate Identification Number U28931MH2013PLC251176 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
