Our Company was originally incorporated as Excel Infoways Private Limited on
January 7, 2003 by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai vide
Registration No. 138568. Our Company subsequently became a public limited
Company and the name of the Company was changed to Excel Infoways
Limited and the fresh certificate of incorporation was granted to the Company
on 9th August, 2006.

Change in Registered Office: We have not changed the Registered Office of
our Company since incorporation.

-The Company has changed its name from Excel Infoways Ltd to Excel Realty N Infra Ltd.

- Excel Realty N Infra Ltd.has bagged a contract for IT enabled service form a UK based customer for USD 3.06 million for 3 years.

-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 2:1.

-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:2.

-The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1/-.
