DHOOT HOUSING FINANCE & CONSTRUCTION LIMITED was incorporated on 16.10.1995 under the name of Dhoot Finance Company Private Limited, for providing finance in various fields. The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company on 4.3.1992 and changed its name to DHOOT HOUSING FINANCE & CONSTRUCTION LIMITED. It is presently engaged in executing housing projects in and around Bombay as well as in Thane in Maharashtra. It plans to cater to the growing housing demands of middle and lower income groups.

The main promoter of Dhoot Housing Finance & Constructions Limited is Mr. P.C.Dhoot, the Managing Director of the Company. Mr. P.C. Dhoot, an under-graduate, began his career as a financer and builder and has over 15 years experience in these fields. He was also engaged in Textile Trading way back in 1975. He started a construction project in partnersip on a land of approximatley 5.00 lakhs square feet and the same was executed by 1984. In 1984 he started Dhoot Finance Company Private Limited, to finance mainly to builders and land developers of western suburbs of Bombay.

The Company does not have any Subsidiaries within the meaning of Companies Act, 1956.

Company name has changed to Grand Oak Canyons Distillery Ltd. from Pacheli Industrial Finance Ltd.
