The Company was incorporated as ÂHappiestminds Technologies Private LimitedÂ, a private limited company under the

Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated March 30, 2011 issued by the RoC and commenced

its business on March 30, 2011. The name of the Company was subsequently changed to ÂHappiest Minds Technologies

Private LimitedÂ to a give a better meaning to the CompanyÂs name and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 21,

2011 was issued by the RoC. Thereafter, the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special

resolution passed in the extraordinary general meeting of the Shareholders of the Company held on May 13, 2020 and the name of the Company was changed to its present name ÂHappiest Minds Technologies LimitedÂ, and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the RoC on May 20, 2020.
