HDFC Asset Management Company Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated at Mumbai on December 10, 1999 as ‘HDFC Asset Management Company Limited’, a public limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation granted by the RoC, and obtained its certificate for commencement of business on March 9, 2000 from the RoC.
