Jubilant Industries was incorporated on February 23, 2007 in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh as a private limited company in the name and style of Hitech Shiksha Private Limited under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand ('RoC'). With effect from March 16, 2010, our Company became a public limited company and the name of our Company was changed to "Hitech Shiksha Limited" and subsequently on June 8, 2010 our name was changed to our present name "Jubilant Industries Limited". Further, pursuant to the
Scheme sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court of Allahabad by its Orders, the Demerged Undertaking stands vested in our Company.

2011

-"Jubilant Industries board approves scheme of arrangement to Restructure its business and enable Foray into Mall cum Hypermarket format".

2015
-Jubilant Industries gains 10% as arm to sell retail hypermarket business to Aditya Birla Retail.
