Corporation Ltd.was incorporated as R.M.S
Exim Private Limited vide Certificate of
Incorporation No. 21-055629 dated 4th June,
1992 with the Registrar of Companies,
West Bengal, Kolkata and subsequently
the name was changed to Kaushalya Infrastructure
DevelopmentCorporation Private Limited vide fresh
Certificate of Incorporation dated 5th November
2001.In the very next year it was converted
in to Public limited company vide fresh Certificate
of Incorporation dated 7th February, 2002.

Kaushalya, a medium sized construction Company,
is ISO 9001:2000 certified and is engaged in
infrastructure development projects involving
construction and maintenance of roads and highways,
construction of bridges, erection of transmission
lines, electrification projects, as well as commercial
and residential complexes. The key clients of
the Company include various Government
Undertakings, State Public Works Departments as
well as State and Central Public Sector Undertakings

The Company was initially engaged in trading in
textiles and in the year 2001 decided to venture
into the construction business. The company has completed
31 projects in the last 6 years and is currently
engaged in 16 projects in the Eastern part of the Country.
The Company has serviced many reputed clients AMR
Construction Ltd.,Punj Lloyd Ltd., Engineering Projects
(India) Ltd., Power and Energy Department, Gangtok Sikkim,
Tantia Construction Ltd., Balasore Alloys Ltd.,
Allied Infrastructure and Projects (P) Ltd.,
District Engineer, Purulia Zilla Parishad,
Purulia PMGSY, National Projects Construction
Corporation Ltd., (Top 5customers of the Company for
the quarter ended 30.06.07 and year ended 31.03.07 respectively).

The Company is professionally managed through well
qualified and experienced personnel in all the areas
including engineering, finance, administration
combined with adequate MIS system.Pre-IPO Placements
The Company, on 23.10.2007 completed pre IPO private
placements of 10,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10 each
at a premium of Rs.50/- per share directly to Sourabh
Venture Capital Trust and raised Rs.600 lakhs.Details

2006 Shifted the registered office to HB 170, Sector III,

2006 Entered into a Joint venture with West Bengal Housing Board

2006 Incorporated 4 subsidiary companies - Bengal KDC Housing
Development Limited, Kaushalya Township Private Limited,
Orion Abasaan Private Limited and Kaushalya Nirman
Private Limited

2006 Entered into a joint venture with West Bengal Small
Industries Development Corporation Limited

2006 Entered into a joint venture with Rose Land Pvt. Ltd.
, SANTECH Communication Pvt. Ltd. and SSNNLL Corporation.

2009

- Kaushalya Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd has appointed Mr. Sakti Pada Banerjee as an Additional Independent Director w.e.f. January 31, 2009.

2012

-Kaushalya Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd has appointed Mr Tarkeshwar Singh, as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
