Parag Milk Foods Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details
The Company was incorporated as Parag Milk & Milk Products Private Limited on December 29, 1992 with the registrar of companies at Mumbai with the registered office at Pune as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956. The name of the Company was changed to Parag Milk Foods Private Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was granted by the RoC on April 11, 2008. the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to approval of the shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on May 16, 2015 and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to Parag Milk Foods Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to a public limited company was granted to the Company by the RoC on July 7, 2015.

-Launch of Bhagyalaxmi Dairy Farms

-Started operations at the Palamaner plant

-Launch of "Topp Up" brand
2014
-Launch of Whey products and expanded cheese product ranges

-Launch of the "Parag" logo
-Launch of "Go Almette" cream cheese
-Launch of "Go Fresh" cream
-"Go Cheese" was awarded as IndiaÂs most promising brand in the FMCG category by World Consulting and Research Corporation
2017 -Parag Milk Foods form alliance with Taj Group. -Company has launched New Product "Absolute Whey Protein" with the brand name "Avataar".
2018 -Parag Milk Foods launches cow milk in Delhi NCR. -Parag Milk Foods ties up with ColoPlus AB for 'colostrum'. -Parag acquires manufacturing facility of Danone Foods.
2020 -Parag Milk Foods collaborates with Kareena Kapoor for brand 'Pride of Cows'. -Parag Milk launches 'single origin' cow ghee.
2021
-Company Announces - Gowardhan Ghee launches a New Winter Campaign - Thand Padi. -Company Announces launch of Fat-free Milk . under the Brand Pride of Cows.
