Sword and Shield Pharma Ltd was incorporated as a Public Limited company on 28th February, 1995 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat State, Ahmedabad and obtained Certificate of Commencement of Business on 7th March, 1995. The Copmany was promoted by experienced entrepreneurs with a proven track record of marketing of different pharmaceuucal formulations. The Company has proposed the project at the cost of Rs.515.00 Lacs for manufacturing and marketing of different pharmaceutical formulations. The Company has started the implementation of the project by acquisition of land, admeasuring 3650 sq. yards, at village Indrad, Dist. Kadi, Gujarat. The N.A. Approval for the land is already obtained by the Company. The necessary application to Gujarat Electricity Board and Gujarat Pollution Board are already being made.
