The Company was incorporated at Chennai, Tamil Nadu under the name ÂRadiant Cash Management Services Private LimitedÂ on March 23, 2005 as a private limited company, under the Companies Act, 1956 and was granted a certificate of incorporation by the RoC. Thereafter, the Company was converted into a public limited company, pursuant to a special resolution passed in the extraordinary general meeting of the Shareholders held August 21, 2021 and the name of the Company was changed to ÂRadiant Cash Management Services LimitedÂ, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 25, 2021 was issued to the Company by the RoC.

- First Contract with Deutsche Bank and started operations in Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

2011

- Yes Bank added to the client list of the Company.

2012

- State Bank of India added to the client list of the Company.

2018

- Axis Bank added to the client list of the Company.

2019

- Hiveloop Logistics added as a direct client of the Company.

2021

- Bajaj Finance added as a direct client of the Company.
