The Company has been promoted by Mr. Y. Krishna Reddy and Mr.Y Meera Reddy and other associates, with the object of setting up a scampy farm and hatchery and tiger shrimp hatchery. The promoters have experience in the field of aquaculture. The promoters were carrying merchandise exports of Aqua products in the name of Coastal Sea Foods. The firm Coastal Sea Foods had an established network of procuring centres at various places like malapuram,
Bhimavaram, Machilpatnam, Nagayalanka, Repalle in Andhra Pradesh. This company has taken over the firm Coastal Sea Foods on its incorporation and is now carrying on the
merchandized exports. The company has recorded income of Rs. 481.20 lakhs during the period 4.8.94 to 30.4.95 and a net profit of Rs.5.99 lakhs during the same period.

The Company is currently engaged in setting up a scampy hatchery and tiger shrimp hatchery at Semmancherry village in Chengelpet district and a scampy farm at Tatiparthi village in Nellore District.

The Company has not faced any labour problems nor has there been any closure in the past.
