Our Company was incorporated as ÂRoyal Sense LimitedÂ under the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation dated April 06, 2023, issued by the ROC, Central Registration Centre having CIN as U21006DL2023PLC412051. Later, on April 28, 2023, the running business of the proprietorship concern of our Promoter namely ÂRoyal Traders, PHT & AnayaÂ was taken-over by the company, along with the assets and liabilities of the proprietorship concern as going concern. Mr. Rishabh Arora is the Promoter of our Company.

Starting the business under proprietorship as M/s Anaya
