T & I Global Ltd. (T & I G) was originally incorporated as T & I Global Pvt. Ltd. on January 31st, 1991. The Company was converted into a public limited Company with effect from 4-8-1994. The fresh Certificate of Incorporation was obtained on 8/9/94. The Company till now carried on the business of export of tea machinery.

The Company is an existing 100% Export Turnover Company exporting Tea processing Machinery, since its incorporation in January, 1991. Exports have been made to tea growing countries including Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Papua-New Guinea, Mauritius, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Malawi, Iran, Turkey and Australia.

Customers of the company include major tea producers of the world such as Brooke Bond Kenya Ltd., Unilever Plc. Turkey, James Finley Plc. Bangla Desh, Lonrho Tanzania Ltd., Brooke Bond Tanzania Ltd., African Highlands Produce Co. Ltd. Kenya, Forboes & Walkers Sri Lanka etc.

The company has achieved a turnover of almost Rs.4 crores in 1993-94. Most Tea growing countries are going for modernisation and expansion of their tea production facilities. Sri Lanka and Indonesia are switching over from manufacturing Orthodox tea to CTC Tea. As exporters of CTC
machinery this has opened new avenues for T&I Global Ltd.

The Company does not have any subsidiaries.

2007

-T & I Global Ltd has appointed Mr. Harish Mittal and Mr. Mahish Kumar Newar as an additional Director of the Company w.e.f. January 31, 2007.

2010

-Board recommends Dividend of 7.5%

2011

-Registered Office of the Company has been shifted From 22/4, Nakuleshwar Bhattacharya Lane,Kolkata - 700026 To 1st Floor, 7A, Beltala Road,Kolkata - 700 026 West Bengal, India

2015

-T & I Global Ltd has recommended 5% Dividend on its Equity Shares.
