Tasty Bite Eatables Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The company was incorporated on 2nd September, 1985 and obtained the certificate of commencement of Business on 20th September, 1985.

It was promoted by Ravi Ghai, Ravi Kiran Aggarwal and Aditya Kiran Aggarwal.

It manufacture ready to serve foods and frozen vegetables.

During 1988-89, the company undertook market survey and trials of innovative ready to serve (RTS) food products Commercial production of green peas was also launched.

The company also entered into contract with prestigious hotels for frozen vegetables.

In addition, the company explored the possibility of export to USA, Japan, Canada etc and exports worth Rs.3.69 lakhs were made.

During 1989-90 , the company proposed to undertake manufacture of ice-cream with the existing infrastructure.

The company entered into an agreement with Kwality Frozen Foods Private Limited for distribution of its products.



2001 - Tasty Bite has launched universally favoured pav bhaji in the southern region.

-Mr. Sohel Shikari has been appointed as Alternate Director of the company.

-Ms. Minal Talwar has been appointed as the Company Secretary and the Compliance Officer of the Company.

-Board has recommended a dividend of Rs.1 per share of Rs.10each.

-Tasty Bite's US parent & Kagome Japan announce global alliance

The Company is changed from 204, Mayfair Towers, Wakdevvadi, Shivajinagar, Pune- 411 005 to 201-202, Mayfair Towers, Wakdewadi, Shivajinagar, Pune- 411 005
