Vantage Knowledge Academy Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Vantage Knowledge Academy Ltd. was incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 on the 09th October, 2013 under the name and style "Vantage Knowledge Academy Ltd." at Mumbai as a Limited Company. Vantage Knowledge Academy Ltd. was incorporated with the main objects of carrying on the business of education, training and publication activities.

Vantage Corporate Services Ltd. set up the Education Division in 2006 with a commitment to share the knowledge & experiences in capital Market, Investments, Finance and Banking. This Education Division, in its entirely, has been vested in Vantage knowledge Academy Ltd., as a part of the Restructuring Scheme of the Group.

Pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay vide its order dated 10th July, 2015, the entire business and assets of Vantage Corporate Services Ltd. (Transferor Company) stand trandferred to and vested in Vantage Knowledge Academy Ltd. (Transferee Company) w.e.f. 1st April, 2014.

-The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1/-.

2025

-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 2:1.
