Wanbury Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated on 11th August 1988, as a Private
Limited Company under the name of `Pearl Distributors Private
Limited'. The name of the Company was changed to "Pearl
Organics Private Limited" on 17th January, 1991. The Company
was converted into a Public Limited Company on 6th August, 1991.

The main object of the Company is to undertake the manufacture
and sale of pharmaceuticals, medicines, drugs and organic
chemicals. A substantial portion of the production of these
products are intended for exports. The Company has set up a
full-fledged export marketing division consisting of experienced
professionals. The Company has already secured orders worth Rs
1.07 crores from West European Countries. The Company is in the
process of negotiating further orders with foreign buyers for
export of its products.
The main objects of the Company are fully set out in Memorandum
of Association of the Company.

The Company has no subsidiary.

The Company has been principally promoted by Mr.K. Chandran
along with his associates Mr K Chandran has a rich experience of
over 12 years in marketing of pharmaceutical formulation in
local & international markets. During his 12 years tenure he
has worked in various capacities including as business manager
in one of the largest pharmaceutical company. He was also head
of export division of an export oriented pharmaceutial Company.
