The Company was incorporated as ÂXelpmoc Design and Tech Private LimitedÂ, a private limited company, under the Companies Act, 2013 on September 16, 2015 at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and the Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the RoC. The Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders on July 2, 2018 and the name of the Company was changed to ÂXelpmoc Design and Tech LimitedÂ. Consequently, a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name upon conversion into public company was issued by the RoC on July 20, 2018.

- Xelpmoc Design and T announces launch of initial public offering.
