Yash Highvoltage Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Our Company was originally incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956 in the name and style of “Yash Highvoltage Insulators Private Limited” pursuant to certificate of incorporation dated June 06, 2002 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Haveli. Pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting, held on February 05, 2018, the name of our Company was changed to “Yash Highvoltage Private Limited” vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated February 13, 2018 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Haveli at Ahmedabad. Subsequently, pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting, held on February 19, 2018, our Company was converted into a public limited company and consequently the name of our Company was changed from “Yash Highvoltage Private Limited” to “Yash Highvoltage Limited” vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 07, 2018 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Haveli at Ahmedabad, bearing CIN U40109GJ2002PLC040833.

MAJOR EVENTS AND MILESTONES:

2002

-Our Company was incorporated as a private limited company under the name of “Yash Highvoltage Insulators Private Limited”.

2012

-The majority shareholding in the Company i.e. 69.86% has been acquired by our Promoter i.e., Keyur Girishchandra Shah.

2016

-Our Company launched a new product line i.e., RIP Transformer Bushing and dry type RIP/RIS bushing in collaboration with M/s. MGC Moser Glaser AG, Switzerland.

2018

-The name of our Company was changed from “Yash Highvoltage Insulators Private Limited” to “Yash Highvoltage Private Limited”

-Our Company was converted into Public Limited Company under the name of “Yash Highvoltage Limited”

2019 

-Company Launched 245 kV localised RIP/RIS bushings for India Market under a technological collaboration with a Swiss based company.

2020 

-Yash booked prestigious orders for supply of 245 kV RIP Bushings a/c discerning State & Private Utility projects. 

2021

-Our Company achieved the milestone of Rs 3,700 Lakhs from Revenue from Operations.

2022

-Our Company achieved the milestone of Rs 6,500 Lakhs from Revenue from Operations.

 -Yash in 2022 marked a major milestone by addition of a state-of-the-art EHV test lab capable of efficient throughput and swift handling and testing of large volumes up to 245 KV rated bushings. 

2023

-Our Company achieved the milestone of Rs 9,000 Lakhs from Revenue from Operations.

2024

-Our Company achieved the milestone of Rs 10,848 Lakhs in Revenue from Operations
