Ekam Leasing & Finance Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 15, 2010, has appointed Mr. Rajesh Jain (also one of the promoters) as Managing Director of the Company, for a period of three year w.e.f. December 15, 2010 to look after day to day affairs of the Company under the supervision and control of the Board.
