SKS Microfinance Ltd - Allotment of Securities

Sks Microfinance Limited has informed that the Company has allotted 26,665 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to those grantees, who have exercised their options under the SKS Microfinance Employee Stock Option Plan, 2009. The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
