RSM Tenon Group Plc, a UK-based independent accounting and consulting firm, on October 18, 2011, said that it has appointed Adrian Gardner as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately.

Gardner, formerly, was the CFO of PA Consulting Group Limited, an independent, employee-owned firm since 2007 until recently.

Commenting on the new appointment, RSM Tenon, Chairman, Bob Morton said, “On behalf of the Board I am delighted to welcome Adrian to RSM Tenon."

“Adrian's experience and insight will help us achieve our major priorities which continue to be working capital reduction, profit improvement and organic development. I would like to thank Russell for his commitment and dedication to the business," Morton added.

Gardner will be replacing Russell McBurnie who was the CFO of the company since 2008. Burnie resigned from the Board, however will remain with the Group, to help the company accomplish certain ongoing projects.
