AMD Industries Ltd has informed BSE that vide its letter dated November 26, 2012, Brickwork Ratings India Pvt. Ltd. has assigned ratings to Company's Bank Loan facilities which are as follows:

1. Fund Based Limits of Rs. 58.68 Crores (Long Term):
- Rating: BWR BBB- (BWR Triple B Minus)

2. Non-Fund Based Limits of Rs. 40.00 Crores (Short Term):
- Rating: BWR A3 (BWR A Three)
