Astral Poly Technik - Fixes Record Date for Stock Split

Astral Poly Technik Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 05, 2013, has fixed a record date of September 09, 2013 for the purpose of sub-division (Stock Split) of face value of Equity Shares of the Company from Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five) each to Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two) each.
