Arshiya International changes its name to Arshiya Ltd

Arshiya International Ltd, a Unified Supply Chain & Infrastructure Group, said that the company has changed its name from "Arshiya International Ltd" to "Arshiya Ltd".

"The name of the Company has changed from Arshiya International Ltd to Arshiya Ltd subsequent to the approval received on September 05, 2013 from Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai for the same," the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
