India Nippon Ele - Delisting of the Stocks of the Company from MSE

With reference to earlier letter dated February 14, 2015 & March 02, 2015, India Nippon Electricals Ltd has now informed BSE that Madras Stock Exchange Ltd, Chennai (MSE) considered the application filed by the Company for voluntary delisting of equity shares of the Company and they have confirmed the same with effect from March 27, 2015 vide their letter dated March 26, 2015.
