Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will remain closed from June 17, 2015 to June 19, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of final dividend for the year ended March 31, 2015, if declared by the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
