Zigma Software - Closure of Trading Window

Zigma Software Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Code of Conduct, the trading window for purchase / sale of shares of the Company is closed for Board Members and Designated Persons w.e.f. August 01, 2015.

The trading window will be open upon the expiry of 48 hours of the newspaper publication of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
