Bajaj Corp Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 07, 2015, inter alia, to approve and take on record the un-audited financial results for the second quarter / half year ended September 30, 2015 of the Financial Year 2015-16.
Further the Company has informed that, a meeting of the Audit Committee of Directors will also be held on October 07, 2015, prior to the aforementioned Board Meeting to review the un-audited financial results before submission to the Board for approval.
Further, the Trading Window will be closed for trading of Company's equity shares for Directors / Designated Employees from September 29, 2015 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the 2nd quarter / half year ended September 30, 2015 to the public (both days inclusive).
