Timken India Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 09, 2015 inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending on September 30, 2015.

Further, the trading window as described in 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Insiders" of the Company will remain closed for the above purpose from October 01, 2015 till expiry of 48 hours of publication of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company to the stock exchanges after obtaining the approval of the Board of Directors thereon at the above meeting.
