2010

- India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd has informed that Shri Anand Kumar has been appointed as Director of the Company w.e.f. July 07, 2010 vide Ministry of Tourism Order dated July 07, 2010.

2012

- India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd has recommended a dividend of 5% for the financial year 2011-12

2013
-India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd has informed that Ministry of Tourism vide its order dated December 10, 2013 has appointed Prof. Usha Kiran Rai, Faculty of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), as part time non-official Director for a period of three years from the date of notification of her appointment or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

2014
-India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has recommended a dividend of 5% (i.e. Rs. 0.50 per share) on the equity capital of the Company (i.e. Rs. 85,76,94,000) amounting to Rs. 4,28,84,700/- for the financial year ended March 31, 2014.
