|Lambodhara Textiles Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 17th March, 1994 and converted as a Public Limited Company on 26th October, 1996, under the
Companies Act, 1956 and new Certificate of Incorporation was received on 7th November, 1994.
The Registered Office of the Company is situated at the residential premises of the Managing Director, B II/I Park Avenue, Race Course, Coimbatore 641 018 and the company has
given an undertaking to shift the same from the present premises. The factory is situated at 826, Thazayuthu, Palani Taluk.
Lambodhara Textiles Limited is promoted by Mr.R. Santosh,son of Mr.V. Radhakrishnan who hail from one of the reputed textile families who are associated with textile industry for more than 20 years. They hail from the family of Mr. Venkataswamy Naidu who were associated with many
companies, prominent among them being South India Viscose. Mr. V. Radhakrishnan is the Director of Lakshmi Ganesha Textiles Limited and V.R. Textiles.
Lambodhara Textiles Limited started its manufacturing operations by taking over an existing sick unit and this was sold by Tamilnadu Industrial Investment Corporation Limited vide the sale deed dated 27th day of May, 1994. The Company is engaged in the business of manufacture of yarn. The Company is presently having 4644 spindles with 2700 Kgs per day spinning capacity in 20s carded yarn.
The Company proposes to immediately install further 5760 spindles with a additional capacity of 3700 kgs per day of 20s combed yarn
The total capacity after the expansion will be 10404 spindles with a capacity of 6400 kgs per day.

- The company has entered into an agreement with D R Spinning Mills to utilize their spare capacity of 5,456 spindles for conversion of fiber into yarn.
-The Company has entered into lease agreement with Suriya Spinning Mills Unit B and Sri Akkamma Textiles to utilize their spare capacity of 3,024 spindles and 6,048 spindles respectively for conversion of fiber into yarn.
