- The Company has signedan MoU with General Cable Corporation, a US wire and cable
manufacturing company, to form a 50:50 joint venture company in the US to manufacture
and market optical fibre cable products.

- The Company has signed an MoU with General Cable Corporation US, whereby GCC's
existing optical fibre cable manufacturing operations would be spun off into a joint venture.

- The Credit Rating Information Services of India Ltd. Crisil has assigned a rating of `P1+'
indicating `very strong' to the Rs 150 crore commercial paper programme of the company.

- The Company allotted 79,996 No. of Equity shares on exercise of options by employees
as per the ESOP scheme.
