All the banks including Canara Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Bank of Maharashtra and Union Bank of India will remain closed on the second week and fourth week of Saturday.
Mahaveera Jayanthi: It is one of the most important religious festivals for Jains. It celebrates the birth of Mahavira, the twenty-fourth and last Tirthankara of Avasarpini. As per the Gregorian Calendar, the holiday occurs either in March or during April. On this day all the banks in the country will remain closed.
Good Friday: It is a Christian holiday, which commemorates the crucifixion of Jesus Christ and his death in Calvary. It is also known as Holy Friday or Black Friday. It is a national holiday and all the banks will remain closed.
