The UIDAI has set up many aadhaar card centres in Chandigarh. Those who do not have an Aadhaar card can apply for one by visiting the nearest Chandigarh aadhaar card centres. One can link aadhaar with mutual fund account through the CAMS website. There will be separate links for individuals, HUFs and for non-individuals (other than HUFs). Follow the below mentioned steps to link mutual funds with Aadhaar:

Step 2: Select the option based on the type of investor – individual, HUF or non-individuals

Step 1: Visit the NSDL website and click on the option ‘Link Aadhaar with Demat Account’ tab on the home page.

Step 4: Enter your Demat Account Number (DP ID), the name of the demat account holder, client ID and Permanent Account Number (PAN) number.

Step 1: Visit the official website of UIDAI.

Link Aadhar to the ration card - Offline :

1.visit the nearest Public Distribution System (PDS) centre or the ration store.

2. Continue further and enter your contact information - district and state.
3. Select the type of service as Ration card from the available options. Choose the name of the plan as Ration Card.
4. Enter the ration card number, your aadhaar number, your e-mail address and your mobile number.
5. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile phone number and the same must be entered in the form.
6. Enter the Office of the Prosecutor, station where you will receive a notification which will appear informing of the completion of your request process. Post this, your request will be verified and after successful verification, your aadhar card will be linked to your ration card.
Aadhaar card is not mandatory to link with your bank account. If you want to avail services, You will need to do so if you wish to receive certain benefits from central or state government. These include the LPG grant and social security pension, subsidy loans etc.
If you want to link your bank account to Aadhaar, you can either submit a copy of your Aadhaar card to your home branch or link it online on the bank's website.
However, even if you have submitted your Aadhaar contact details in your branch, it is still possible that the link between the two was not made correctly by the bank or the bank may not have linked Aadhaar to your account. because they have misplaced your details.

1. Synchronization of Aadhaar data and applications:
mAadhaar allows users to sync their Aadhaar data with the mobile app.
This allows users to easily carry their Aadhaar information anytime, anywhere on their mobile devices.
2. Biometric locking/unlocking
The app has a unique function to lock and unlock biometric data. After activating the biometric lock system on the app, the user's biometrics will remain locked until they unlock it. In addition, the user's biometric data will only remain unlocked for a short time.
3. Generation TOTP
Instead of a One-time Password(OTP) based on SMS, mAadhaar generates Time-based One Time Password (TOTP). TOTP provides short-lived OTP values, which are beneficial for enhancing user security.
4. Profile view
After implementing an update request, users can view updated Aadhaar details on the app after the app downloads their data from UIDAI.
5. QR code and eKYC sharing
The mAadhaar app allows its users to share their updated Aadhaar profile using QR code (quick response). The app also allows users to share their Electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) data with service providers.
Linking Aadhar to your ICICI bank account is a very simple process thanks to many ways of updating the information provided by ICICI bank.
