Download PAN Card Form

While applying for Pan Card through online for offline you will have to filup forms like Form 49A or Form 49AA according to your resident type. Indian Citizens are required to fill or download Form 49A whereas Foreigners are required to fill Form 49AA in order to apply for Pan Card.

Steps to Download PAN Card Form through NSDL

For Indian Citizens/NRI

Go to the official site of NSDL portal.
Now under the drop-down box of Download which is located in the top bar of the page, click on PAN.
Now a new page will appear consisting of Downloads PAN
Click on Form 49A and you will be redirected to the pdf format of the Form.
Click on the download icon and make a print out of the form, in order to apply for PAN Card

For Foreigners

Go to the official site of NSDL portal.
Now under the drop-down box of Download which is located in the top bar of the page, click on PAN.

For Indian Citizens/NRI

Go to the official site of UTIITSL
Now under the drop-down box of PAN Card Services, click on Apply PAN Card.

On the next page click on PAN Card as an Indian Citizen/NRI
Now click on Download blank PAN Form 49A (pdf)
Now you will be redirected to the pdf format of the Form.
Click on the download icon and make a print out of the form, in order to apply for PAN Card.

For Foreigners

Go to the official site of UTIITSL
Now under the drop-down box of PAN Card Services, click on Apply PAN Card.
On the next page click on PAN Card as Foreign Citizen
Now click on Download blank PAN Form 49AA (pdf)
Now you will be redirected to the pdf format of the Form.
Click on the download icon and make a print out of the form, in order to apply for PAN Card.

Pan Card Correction Form Download

This form is required for all the taxpayers in order to make any changes or corrections in the existing PAN Card. These changes can be done through PAN Correction Form which is easily available in the NSDL or UTIITSL portal. Go to the official website of NSDL
Under the drop-down box of download select PAN
Now click on Request for New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data Form
Now you will be redirected to the new page where you see PAN Correction Form in pdf format.
Download the pdf format of the Form and take a printout of it in order to change any errors of your existing Pan Card.

How to Download PAN Correction Form through UTIITSL

Go to the official site of UTIITSL.
Click on PAN Services. Now click on Change/Correction in PAN Card
Now click on Download blank Change/Correction Request Form (pdf).
Now you will be redirected to the new page where you see PAN Correction Form in pdf format. Download the pdf format of the Form and take a printout of it if you want to change your PAN details
