For this difficulty, the Government has provided a mechanism for PAN Grievances to eliminate the mistakes or complications that individual suffer when applying for or obtaining PAN. The Income Tax Department has an online PAN Grievances lodging platform with Aayakar Sampark Kendra (ASK). One can submit their PAN complaint by submitting the request on TIN NSDL or UTITSL portal.

How to Make PAN Card KYC Compliant

Applicants can submit their PAN related complaints through various online portals. Go through the below-given methods to submit your PAN Complaint

Submit PAN Complaint via TIN NSDL

• Visit to the TIN NSDL portal
• Under the drop-down section of Customer Care, click on Complaints/Queries
• Click on Compliant and fill the form
• Enter the Captcha Code and click on Submit

Submit PAN Complaint via Income Tax Website

• Visit the site https://incometax.intelenetglobal.com/pan/pan.asp
• Grievances related to PAN card can be lodged by clicking on the “Submit” button.
• Fill out the mandated details and click on Submit, in order to submit the Grievance

Submit PAN Complaint via Offline
